Be very careful of Joan. She is very smart, almost the perfect salesman. She will build a dream practice for you and give you numbers/figures that are approx 4-5 years old, do not reflect current numbers. She is also linked with pharmacists and gets "perks" from them as well.

Initially the recruiter is very nice and reassuring about practices, until you get into practice and all the information she gave was out-dated. ECMS has over 15 new doctors taking patient so don't believe Windsor is a underserved area. Didn't appreciate the marketing mindset.

I would think twice before working with Joan again. Very manipulative, great quality for a marketer. Use HFO Job list instead and talk with pharmacists directly. She asks for a cut from us when she recruits physicians.
