I had a 1 year old tv that failed, black screen with working power light. I took the tv into Quick TV for service and it was repaired in 2 weeks for just under 400.00. It all seemed good the first time around. I got the tv back and 70 days later it did the same thing. I called and asked about it and they told me only then that they provide a 90 day warranty and I rushed the tv into them for the second repair. 2 weeks went by and I received no calls or info, so I called them. I was told that they could not give me an update since the owner was working on my tv and did not update them. I was told to call back in a few days. This continued for 2 months with me calling almost every week. I asked for the owner to call and he did not repeatedly. They told me to call him in the early evening as that is when he is in, and he was never in and no updates available. Finally after 2 months they called to tell me it was fixed. I picked it up and 4 days later it did the same thing. I have called twice now and they say the owner has to be contacted as they don't know what to do next and he would call me. So far no calls. Worst place I have ever paid for service.

Had no choice but for them to \fix\ my parents tv as they are who geek squad sent out. They told my parents their 1.5 year old tv had to many hours used on it. Which is not possible as a tv is supposed to have a life span of 60 thousand to 100 thousand hours before the picture goes. So with that being said. This tv has under 10 thousand hours on it. 3 werka after they get their tv back. Same this has happened but they can't use the warranty again because this guy claims he fixed it the first time...Ugh never going to buy from anyone that has this clown as the only option for repair! Wish I could rate negative stars
The only bad thing I can say is their customer service needs a bit of work but all and all okay!
DO NOT BRING YOUR TV HERE, They have had our TV for months and always have an excuse of why it isn't ready. We finally got our TV back after almost 2 months and it stopped working that day again. The excuse was we rushed them and they didn't have time to test it. They have now had it another 3 weeks and we still aren't getting anywhere with them. At this point we just wanted our money back but they will not refund us. DO NOT BRING YOUR TV HERE!
Really nice people, and fast! They explained the repairs to me, and I had my tv back in a few days. Kids are happy again!
