You guys need to stop hiring people who have issues with social interactions. I have a note on my door in all capital letters saying to ring the door bell for all packages and they still don't ring the bell. They've left expensive stuff out in the rain that could have easily fit in my mailbox, sometimes they don't even bother to deliver my package even tho my tracking says it has arrived at the facility, very poor service.

Always polite drivers, Some are rude! But usually okay I know everyone is stressed theses days , but some of your driver don't deliver your package Say unable to deliver or they just don't want to bring it to your apartment door, laziness I don't know. The app takes too long to update, with real time, but it dose work some time. Purlator can be the best, delivery service but could improve maybe a little bit. Just a little advice are people that live in apartments Be patient when dinging buzzers Some people have mobility issues in cannot get to the buzzer fast enough.

I applied for my important document and it was couriered through Purolator. Purolator gave my document in wrong hands without checking their ID. They don't have proof to whom they handed my courier. I contacted them 19-20 times through customer support and their response was they are still looking into this. At the end, they told me they're unable to find my courier and now they cannot do anything. My issuance of document cost 120 CAD. I claimed for my lost courier on Purolator website but it was denied as the reason stated that it was just a piece of paper. But, they did not know even a piece of paper has its cost. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Got my parcel delivered here. Took a few for them to come out with it but I was happy to recieve it.

In my two experiences with Purolator they have: Left a 2000 PC in the rain with a huge boot sized hole in the box. Skipped my house entirely for absolutely no reason. How is it possible to be this bad?
