I have been waiting a long time for a hot tub..purchased it from Pools by Angelo..thx Adrianna for all your help..I had a problem with a few days of it running and they came out on a Saturday and got it running. Great customer service. Thanks

My experience with Angelo Pools is far from exceptional. When I first contacted them 3 weeks ago. I was sent a application thru my e-mail to fill out. After I finished they said they would contact me. Waited at least a week and called, the gentlemen on the phone said a another employee would give me a call. Waited another week, Called again, I was told that a employee would be calling me, he was just with another customer and I am still waiting days later. I must say the customer service from this company is unbelievable. I was recommend this company., but with the way they have handle us, they would be the last pool company I would even consider. I thought the customer came first. Even if they may be busy, they could of at least given us the courtesy of a quick call. Thanks for letting me vent my frustration.

I have not purchased anything from Pools by Angelo, and I have not used their services.....YET! BUT I wanted to take a minute and let you know about a really good experience I had with Pools by Angelo. I had had my pool opened by another company and had ALOT of problems with them from the start. I had called pools by Angelo for a little advice on my pump which the other company said was not working and we would have to buy a new one. The receptionist who I spoke with was SUPER nice and went out of her way to help me! I emailed her a picture of my pump and she told me what my options were. Long story short.....I got frustrated with the other company and ended up trying to hook up the pump ourselves and it ended up actually working perfectly fine. I just wanted to let everyone know of this great experience. I also learned that their services are much more affordable then the other places. When it comes time to close our pool at the end of the season we will be contacting Pools by Angelo. And we will be contacting them for all of our future products and services in the future. Thank you so much Pools by Angelo for taking the time in trying to help me solve my problem. We really appreciate it.
