Maintenance service always prompt, always solve the problem. Ease of payment as will use your Debit card with a point of sale terminal. If you don't mind keeping the house a little colder like 65 degrees Fahrenheit you can keep your Enwin bill down below a 100 even in the winter. No A/C you will have to put one or two, 1 sleeve to do so main floor, bedroom require a window A/C. No ceiling lights other than kitchen [2], living and laundry rooms as well as both bathrooms. You need your own washer and dryer. New GFC outlets in laundry room and upper bathroom. I passed on the A/C and just bought a few fans, get the quiet ones. Pretty good size living/dining room. The townhouses are connected, I had one unit on both sides. I got lucky our court is very well behaved, everyone knows everyone and a lot of families w/kids. You can plant a garden flowers etc., regret I never did. The neighbor across from me did and it looks beautiful. It's a nice place you can call home. I lived at 1546 and it will become available June 1st. Oh one other thing get a new shower head and kitchen faucet I did as the ones that come with the place are not very good. Rent used to be 665 up until last October and was a steal, now a bit higher but still really good, 725.

Been over 4 months, and still waiting on repairs. What a Micky mouse operation they run as P.C. Management. They use global Maintenance. Which is run by 1 simpleton of a man. that can barely fix a damn toilet. he left the cone from the wax seal in the base the last two repairs. In which leaves the toilet wobbly. the crooked eye simpleton walks away with his head high like he did a excellent job. WHAT A JOKE.....And still WAITING on my major repairs, Which are costing me every passing day.
