This place is the most arrogant with rudest customer service I have experienced. The counter person is dismissive and arrogant . They have no skills on how to communicate with people. If you have something you need help with at all, this is not the place to go...I wished I could not give no stars at all but google review makes it so we give one star.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and have great customer service and very attentive. Greeted me of acknowledgement upon entering which is very much appreciated when not familiar with the store.Prices are reasonable.Will return and tell others of this good treatment of customer service that you receive at this store.

I went on July 12, I asked one of the guys to help me out with the DeWalt Booster for 174.99 from 219.99. The guy helping me was so helpful (Devin younger guy). He went to his boss Dan and he refused to match the price. It wasn’t my fault that they didn’t take the sticker sale price down. This was the sticker! If you don’t know how to treat your customer go get another job! This is absolute stup*d! It’s not my fault you can’t keep up with your store. I’ll be coming again and noting these problems for false advertising and not removing your stickers on time. If it expired on July 8 then you had four days I walked in on July 12! Lazy Manager.. Dan!!
