The owner, Vraige Fossian, from an early age was always fascinated with taking things apart and seeing how they work. His interest in watches and clocks set the stone for a developing a career in the field.  He received his training working alongside different watchmakers and jewellers learning the skills of the trade from the experts. In 2002, he attended the watch repair program at the NAWCC School of Horology in Pennsylvania. In 2004, he opened On Time Watch and Jewellery, a small repair shop which over the years has grown to become a full service shop offering many services from watch batteries to complete overhauls to fine watches and custom jewellery work.  His passion for these ticking timepieces and all things shiny ensures his commitment to giving you the best service possible. Since our humble beginnings On Time has grown to become your one stop destination for fine gifts of jewellery, watches, clocks and gifts of all sorts serving customers in Windsor and Essex county.  We are a full service repair shop and are equipped with state of the art equipment to be able to take care of your watch, clock and jewellery repairs all on site.
