had my immigration done here a couple of years ago. Terrible service! I ended up following the case by my self. Conclusion: Don't waste your money and time here. The Manager ( the old Chinese Women) will give you totally different attitude before and after you paid the fee. She treat her assistance really bad as well so they kept quitting. My file had been handed over to 3 different persons, no one is actually responsible for your case. All of my classmates without using representatives got their PR in 1 years in our program. I got it in 2.5 years and spent almost 2000 for \the service\. Most importantly, she refused to answer the phone after I questioned her. I have to gather all info and follow the case by myself. Furthermore, the everything included price doesn't include everything. They will ask you to pay extra shipping and tax, which more than 300 dollars in my case.
