I have ordered from them for 7 years at least once a month or so, no issues ever until tonight . I can not believe the disrespect my boyfriend and I have received tonight . We are loyal customers who always refer them to others and have even offered pizza ideas that they now have on the menu of things we like and others. We made are usual order tonight 2 large pizzas : 1st pizza BBQ sauce, chicken, bacon, mushrooms 2nd pizza Creamy Alfredo sauce, chicken, ham, mushrooms . Got delivered and our Alfredo pizza came with Tomato sauce instead we called to get it replaced because I am allergic to Tomato sauce hense why we always order these 2 pizzas . And the wife yells at my boyfriend and tells him he's wrong and that's not what we ordered , argues for about 5minutes with him then hangs up on us . We call back and the husband who we always order from answers the phone and proceeds to agree with his wife and tell us we're incorrect but tells us he knows who we are and that we are loyal customers but says we're incorrect and won't replace the pizza for their mess up and says we ordered tomato sauce when we never have before . All in all I'm sad to say they lost us as loyal customers today with the disrespect shown today .. not cause of the 15 pizza . The disrespect .
Long time family favourite. Awesome tasting pizza for a decent price. Oh and they have free delivery too! They usually run a 2 for 1 special w 3 toppings. Usually get 2 larges w 2 dipping sauces for 35.50 for cash and 37.50 w debit / credit

This was the first time I've ordered wings from Napoli and OMG they were amazing. Spiced and cooked perfectly. I can honestly say these were the best chicken wings I've ever had. And the service was super friendly and awesome. Thank you Napoli.
