A big special thanks to Dr.Matt and Cathy for today! I always get nervous when it comes to the dentist but the people who work here are SO kind, caring, and patient, that I am able to keep coming back ! Dr.Matt makes sure your OK through out the entire procedure.. and answers any questions you may have. Cathy was by his side easing my anxiety. I really appreciated the atmosphere they created !! The new building is beautiful. It's got an open concept with tons of space..fancy new equipment and its quiet. Nancy, Sue and the entire staff are so sweet..they make you feel comfortable and safe through out your procedure... can't say anything negative about this place or the workers! You'll be in great hands here, I highly recommend it.

Love this place very quiet for those people like me who are anxious and really don’t like going. The noise factor was huge for me and you do not hear anyone else but your own experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly which is another key factor. You are treated with respect. Telling all my friends about this place!!!
The staff is absolutely amazing here! They are kind patient friendly and make you feel so comfortable. The dentist Dr. Nikolina Milidrag is incredibly patient and amazing when it comes to knowing her patient's needs. I can't say enough wonderful things about this office and it's staff. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking for a dentist.
I have been going here for decades. I went to grade school with the previous dentist. When Dr. Smith retired my wife asked if I was going to find a new dentist because we live on the other side of town. I didn't give it a thought. The staff here is great and Dr. Duronio had done some work on me before Dr. Smith left. Recently I have needed more extensive work done and I am very pleased with the outcome. My front teeth were chipping. (Old age eh.) Dr. Matt gave me four crowns that look better than ever. (I think my wife is glad too that I stayed with Little River Dental.) Dr. Duronio's chair side manner is so calming and caring. Thanks to Nancy, Cathy and now Natasha for all the friendly care over the years. The front office staff is excellent too. I would attach a picture but I don't have a lens filter that can handle the twinkle on my teeth when I smile.
Miraculous, painless molar extraction! Really exceptional! The clinic and staff are wonderful. Dr. Duronio must be a magician. I couldn’t believe it when he said the tooth was out. Very happy and the price was right! Nothing like previous, big teeth extractions with other dentists.
