DO NOT buy any protection package from them!!!Here’s my experience : I have a 2019 RX350 and purchased the protection package ( including leather /paint /rust protection, sound barrier) They said the package can be perform once a year. So I asked to do so on Jul.3. when drop off my car, the paint was very dirty, and I folded down my rear seat. When picked up my car, it was not washed ( due to Covid 19 which I can understand), but my rear seat remain untouched( I have marked it) nothing was performed or applied. No report provided. When I asked why, they told me it was visually checked by a separate department and no need to do anything. The funny thing is how you check the paint when the car is very dusty? How you determine that I don’t need apply leather protection when the seat are folded down? Very disappointed then I email the general manager, he said he will check and get back to me. I’ve been waiting for two weeks no reply. I sent a follow up email and that’s the reply “I was on the understanding your concerns were attended to already?” Then I sent one more email to explain, no reply yet. Last thing is they have a very unprofessional financial manager who will recommend you to buy the protection package. Please see my attached picture shows the protection package I should have and what she told me. BTW, she’s not replying my email from July and very hard to book an appointment. Again, DO NOT buy any kind of protection package from Lexus of Windsor!!!！

From the General Manager who makes a point of coming out to speak with me, to the concierge Amir who is incredibly professional and accommodating to Doa, my sales person who is amazing!
