Not impressed with the fact that online says this location is open until 5pm but they actually close at noon. They have a sign on their door only. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE so people don’t take time off of work for nothing! It’s not like we can call and confirm.

I was impressed a great deal today by Chris (not sure of spelling). She was limited in what she was able to do on her end, but it actually turned out to be exactly what I was hoping to get help with after weeks of trying to get the help we needed from others. She was patient, informative, and thorough. Thank you for your help!
Says online they open at 830. They do not open till 9. 5 employees walked in rocking the door 10 min to making my self and my 7 month old wait in the cold. And a elderly lady with no hat and a cane. They could have pet us wait inside. But no. That is horable service.
These clerks are literally retareded and will make you waste your time at this building. 4 different occasions I came and waited all they did was give me a 1 800 number that said the clerks had the info I needed the whole time, but didn't have the brain capacity to push a 2nd button on the keyboard. They also robbed me for 180 saying my license will be ready but they lied to my face and said theres an undisclosed issue in the system that wouldn't allow them to print my temporary, they also couldn't tell me what it was and gave me the 1800 number again, your all pathetic employees, I recommend you go back to school get a real job and a life.
