Took my dog in a couple weeks ago..turned out she had pyometra(SEVERE)..went through options and she had meds for a week...had to bring her in yesterday and was gonna put her down because she needed surgery and couldn't afford it...they went out of their way to save my dog. I paid the the cost of which i was gonna pay for them to put her down and do cremation to do the surg and guarantee that if anything happen due to surgery they will cover the cost of the cremation for me...also covered meds for after surgery and food and overnight stays ..all covered...these people are AMAZING and would recommend them to anyone...they are extremely professional and show so much care for your pets. Thank you so much!

please please please think twice before going here, i brought my leukaemia kitten in because she was suffering and we were desperate to help her, it was a sunday and our vet wasnt open so we made the tough decision to bring her in instead of waiting the extra day.... 376 later we left with our cat in the exact same shape as we brought her in with because the vet refused euthanasia despite her clear suffering insisting that he could help her... she never recovered from what he did and died the following day... Although I was clear that I had no money left he still insisted on things and took advantage of my boyfriends emotions to convince us to spend more, after returning to pick up our kitten the price had jumped almost 100 (it was initially 288 and thats what we signed on) and like i said, she was in the exact same shape as before. He did say that he couldnt promise anything, but refusing to put down a cat that was beyond help was really disheartening only for her to pass the next day, alot of extra suffering for both her and us. Dont be fooled into spending more because your emotions are blinding you like us

Our appt for our fur baby was June 2020 covid 19 time frame. This was our first and last visit . At 2pm we were called to go to the huron church facility instead of the dougall facility for 2:30 . Upon entering the building it smelled of urine . The room we were in clearly wasn't cleaned after the last occupant. There was two wads of animal hair on the floor ,dirt in the corner and dirt or something else along the bottom walls . He gave us a list of things he said we needed and was very unsympathetic that I didn't have a lot of money . When I finally agreed for my dogs sake he started to add more things on like shampoo, ear cleaning dog food and a swab of the ear. I told him I had ear solution at home and he told me there was no way I could do it better than him . When I asked him about a medication he was hesitant to tell me about it .when I informed him that I had a medical background he explained it . He talked over my son and myself . He put a q-tip swab in my dogs ear and put it down on the table top . Then later he grabbed it and went to determine what was on it bacterial or virus . Mind you it was placed on a table which hasn't been cleaned and who knows what was there before we entered. He put my son, my fur baby and myself at risk for covid 19 or something else.
