If you are in the market for a family law lawyer you probably aren't having the best of days. That being said Mr Howie could be the breath of fresh air that you need. Unlike some legal professionals Mr Howie is concerned about all of your matters and isn't about to lead you into a legal battle that's going to cost you more than its really worth. He will tell you if it's really worth fighting about or if it something that you might be better off to just let go. He knows his stuff and keeps up on all the goings-on in the legal system. Honestly he's the guy you want in your corner if you happen to find yourself in one of those unfortunate circumstances that require a family law professional.
He has always looked out for my best interest and he is very professional, open and honest. He's been my lawyer several times and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much for all of the advice and care!
Don’t hire this guy. He talks tough on the phone and in person. But he failed big TIME! Either Jason Howie or his staff, did not send the paperwork to my ex husband. So he filed to turn the past ruling (in my favor) to his because JASON HOWIE OR HIS STAFF Didn't DO THEIR JOB. They claim to have integrity, but he's just a LIAR AND ONLY WANTS MONEY. JASON HOWIE IS VERY EXPENSIVE! HE'S ALSO UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE LAW SOCIETY OF UPPER CANADA FOR TRYING TO MAKE ME SIGN THE PAPERS FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE. Your choice. Your move.
