Purchased a Hisense H9G television from here last week. I was initially very wary of the stories I had heard about Factory Direct in regards to their refurbished televisions but the manager made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions and set aside the TV for me as soon as they were in stock. Television came in a beat up box but was otherwise packaged nicely and securely. Picture quality is fantastic and I was able to get it at half of retail price. Very happy.

Nice clean, organized store with many good deals. Often though, they are out of stock of flyer items that most other stores out of town a long distance away have in stock. Nice that if in stock online you can order and have it shipped to the store for free pickup.
