Recently had my truck in to have a Compustar alarm/remote starter installed. The service was completed and I'm satisfied with the install however my dash cam was unplugged and not plugged back in when the service was completed * minor complaint * there was also a few stripped wire ends left on my floor mats and a bunch of little wire shards. overall I'm happy with the completed work but the attention to detail left a bit to be desired. would recommend to fiends.

Definitely not the cheapest around for sure but you get what you pay for. Solid company backed by experience and knowledge. Would buy from again. Very happy with our new system.

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to share a poor service experience I recently had with FAS. I went into the store over the holidays to inquire about repairing a receiver from a home install they had done for me years ago along with installing a new system in another area of my house. Received an email from Pete a short time later explaining my situation to Darren and to set up an in home assessment for me. About 10 days later I still hadn't received a response, so I sent an email reminder. Darren replied and said he would get back to me with an appointment time. I responded to him a couple of times after that mid-January and still have yet to receive a response. We all get busy, I get it, but the lack of response just leaves a bad taste for me as a former customer. Based on other reviews I have read online, unfortunately I don't think I'm alone. I hope they take customer concerns more seriously in the future.

Awesome work, have had 4 cars equipped with everything from speakers to backup cams, head units, subs, remote starters, you name it. Everything always works great and they have an awesome selection of products! Even got a remote starter in my Audi when nowhere else has the knowledge or products to do the job!
