Both of my kids - ages 9 and 6 started classes late last year. First time taking music classes and It is incredible to watch their progress. Mrs. Emily uses different techniques to keep them motivated and focuses in their creativity as well. Kids look forward to their classes and put their practice work during the week. Both Mr. Greg and Mrs. Emily are incredibly talented musicians and educators and I highly recommend their studio. They take great pride in their work and the work of their students. Great atmosphere!

I highly recommend Duff Piano Studios! Both of my boys have been taking piano lessons with Mr. Greg for a few years now and they both thoroughly enjoy it. Mr. Greg is great with children and his teaching skills are amazing — he is very patient & kind. I especially like that he has helped my boys gain a lot of confidence through positive encouragement. Mr. Greg & Miss Emily are highly professional and skilled, they will create a great musical experience for your child.
My son has been taking piano lessons with Miss Emily Duff at Duff Piano Studios in Windsor for about 3 years now and he's had a wonderful experience. Miss Duff has endless enthusiasm (even with our late afternoon session or early ones) and always keeps the students engaged and interested. She is a wonderful instructor and so is Mr. Greg, no question. I believe that the curriculum is critical, but the teachers and their teaching methods (for theory and practical) are equally critical as they are on the front line and need to keep young children interested. We plan to remain with Miss Duff for years to come. Bottom line: The teachers make the difference, between a good and not-so-good school. And it is these teachers—Miss Emily and Mr. Gregory that keep us at Duff Piano Studios.
Many people have shared piano lessons experiences with me over the years saying how much they hated them. Emily is patient and always kind with my daughter who has stuck with piano lessons of her choosing for over four years. Emily has learning techniques to engage even the youngest learner. Her enthusiasm is evident in her interactions with her students. My daughter is already playing piano beautifully and will have this skill for the rest of her life however I do expect she will stay with it because she loves it.
Our older son has been taking piano lessons with Ms. Emily Duff for 5 years. The experience has been so positive. When it came time for our younger son to take music lessons, we have him also take piano lessons with Ms. Emily. She works very well with children! We & the boys especially appreciate her dedication to teaching & mentoring young children through music .
