Great quality work! We had a 3D home design done by desiign and the detail of it was great. To get a virtual walkthrough of your house really helps to picture it better what it will look like.
We are thrilled to recommend our amazing designer Mr. Les Therrien ! My husband and I first dealt with Les in 1998 where he designed our unique ranch home in Russell Woods. He masterfully created a 1900 sq ft home on an irregular pie shaped lot beautifully. He was a gem to deal with as my perfectionist husband was demanding and Les stepped up to the plate & matched him with a quality of detail & expertise that was outstanding. We loved the home & stayed many years until Kingsville on the lake beckoned. Les again knocked our socks off with a beautiful 2765 sq.ft. craftsman style ranch home with a walkout & 3 car garage. .He listens & respects his clients. Les is an outstanding professional with a creative flair for design. He has innovative ideas to make your residence the coveted” dream home “ that you desire. Expect the unexpected with a Desiign Home as every nook & cranny is utilized. Since our home was built in 2015/16 we have had numerous people stop & take pictures of our home front & back. During this past Covid Year we have had two couples ask if we would consider selling our home to them. Unless they have just won the lottery & willing to pay big bucks to “ kick” us out, we are not selling until we are very old & unable to appreciate what a spectacular home ,we have will we give it up. He is not even an architect and is not registered with Ontario Association of Architects (OAA). He did design for us that didn't even fulfill City of Windsor's zoning requirements. We tried working with him and now he is making excuses and wouldn't even return phone calls or messages. He expect people to pay for design work that lacks quality and doesn't even care about deadlines.
Highly recommend Desiign. Les is an awesome guy and an exceptional architect. We couldn't be happier with the way our house turned out. Les was patient with us whenever we changed our minds about the layout and he came up with some great suggestions. If we build a house again, we wouldn't go with anyone else.
