Absolutely taking advantage of COVID, raising our monthly costs, while shutting down all amenities and removing our liaison from the building. Won't hold online meetings and insist on vetting all issues prior to the forum. Due to management no longer being on site, proper maintenance and repair had fallen by the way side and has been replaced by a total lack of accountability.
