The service was friendly and the food is good, but their process needs some serious work. Lunch rush seems to be a nightmare especially when using a delivery service and can't check your order prior to paying. Order was delivered wrong twice in a row. Was comped a free salad by the manager if I came to get the rest of my order since they would not send a driver. Won't be returning. I think Management needs to re-evaluate their staffing numbers during busy weekend lunch times and perhaps help their employees by coming up with a better process so that customers keep coming. The review average should tell you something is not right.

Ordered two smoothies for myself and sister . Love there smoothies but NEVER will I be back. Young lady rinsed our cups in the handwashing station. When we said something the other older lady apologized as she was new and offered a 10 percent discount and new smoothies. Uhmm no if you don't know sanitary common sense than don't work in food industry. Culture's has went downhill at least this location. Took 20 minutes for 2 smoothies. Very Poor service.. I'd rather get a McDonald's smoothie next time. The food also tastes old and is not at all appetizing. This place is making a very bad name for the company.
Since this location opened, the quality of their food has steadily decreased. The items on the menu are great- when made with fresh ingredients. Lately all the ingredients they seem to be using are just about to go bad. It's definitely not worth the price you are paying. They also only have two workers max working at one time so if a large group gets there before you, good luck getting your meal in a timely manner. I will say that the staff is friendly, but unfortunately the bad ingredients are so bad I would still give this location a one star review.
I love their food! When I saw Culture's was coming back, the food court had my attention again. Yes, it's more expensive because you're not getting processed junk! And yes, there's a wait, because food isn't sitting under a heat lamp, waiting for the next victim! I just finished a wrap that I had delivered by Skip the Dishes. I was wondering how it would hold up being takeout. A (very) little soggy, but with eggplant and roasted tomatoes, I figured it would be, I thought it would be moreso than it was! Still well worth it!
We ordered Skip the Dishes from this place and were quite pleased with the food. The salad, sandwich and smoothie we ordered were all very tasty. I'd order from here again.
