Nothing to mention. Horrible place to work, decades old non functional machines . Employees will train you in wrong way, always products come overweight/underweight. And more interestingly you’ve to write the standard data in sheets. You sacrifice your 1/2 breaks, no counts; but if unfortunately late by 1 minute- they’re ready with their termination letter next day. No matter how big mistakes are done by old employees, it even doesn't go to the union / management. But as a trainee if you make one simple mistake- you’re fired. If I had the option to review it on negative *, I would've done that.

I enjoy working at Catalent. It's a very clean and safe work environment. The people you work with are great and everyone is willing to help each other succeed.
I did apply to a general labour position at this place (sorter) through kelly services, I was promised that this is a long term opportunity and after 6 months I will be directly hired, The first few days were okay but after employees started telling me to be aware that they fire people like crazy for no reason and that is how they make money, they don't hire you directly pay you almost minimum wage and fire you before your six months, I was fired because they claim that I was 2 mins late while taking my lunch break, I tried to explain that I was only 1 min later not two because I had to go to the washroom, the manager and HR office did not care and told me not to call back or return, now I am fired from this place and I can't even get CERB because the reason of termination is being fired and it is my fault. I am not alone they fired the three people who were with me in the orientation. Just sharing my story so no one will be in the same situation as me with no work and no chance of getting government help.
The production manager is a joke. The HR will give you empty promises of advancement. Management doesn't care about you. Don't work here unless you literally have no other choice DO NOT WORK HERE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SOUL
Management is run by 30 years old that have no education and no experience, If you are not friends with some one higher up you will be fired at a moments notice. No one ever knows whats going on, which is one of the many reasons re-work has to be done more than 5 times.
