I grew up on Capri and another local neighbourhood pizzeria. At one time they were one of the best. My last order from Capri may just my last order. We had ordered 2 panzerottis with bacon and pepperoni. The bacon was in a solid clump as it it had gone through a grinder. It tasted like a maple glazed ham and had infused the crust and all. On top of that the order arrived early, which isn't bad until you hit raw dough. The exterior was cooked, but looking at a side view of the crust you can see it was cooked only half way through. So raw, maple syrup flavored or perhaps ground maple ham, and poorly sasembled. All in all a terrible experience. All for the low price of 39 plus tip.

First, I'd like to acknowledge the original Capri pizza. It made exceptional pizza in an area already known for above average pizza. Their pies were balanced, had gorgeous crust, and were reasonably priced. It was the pizza that I grew up on. So what happened? The Queen sized pizza came out to a whopping 45 after tax and an enforced tip (You can't skip the tipping stage when paying) The pizza was straight up burnt, and the double cheese I paid four dollars for absolutely missing. The toppings where thrown on in giant clumps without any care, one slice would be all green pepper, and another all mushroom. Frankly, this goes beyond a simple disappointment and represents a willfull lack of consideration to their customers. It's a damn shame. I come home yearly and look forward to an awesome Capri pie, but I guess you can't really go home again.

Ordered a king size last month and they messed up our order with the wrong toppings. Called to let them know and they said a 10 discount would be added to our next order, called today to make an order and now they don't emember\ and won't honor there word. Been ordering from them for years but never again.
