Food was pretty good. However, that delivery driver. WOW! The most beautiful delivery driver I've ever seen. Blonde lucious hair, eyes you can get lost in, and a smile to light up any room. She was jucier than my sandwich..... I would recommend but she's actually my girlfriend. :D

After we left Niagara Falls a couple months ago and having funnel cake their for my first time ever, I was searching for a place in Windsor that sold funnel cakes. Came across this place without even trying and noticed on the sign they had funnel cake. Decided to turn around and go back to try it and it was delicious! But while there we also ordered french fries for the girls which were also delicious. Didn't try the burgers but seen what other people were getting and they looked amazing! Will definitely be going back to this place to stuff our faces and try it out. Will add photos next time we visit. For now, I can highly recommend this place. *Edit* Had the burgers now.... amazing!!!
I would give it no stars if I could. I ordered a burger a fries. The sandwich was about half bun half burger. Very little meat. The fries I almost broke my tooth on. Hard They put fried onions on the bottom bun to make the bun fall apart be it was so soggy.
Look, the food industry is facing challenges during the pandemic and finding a great burger is even more challenging. Burger Factory which is run by Mohamed offers you an incredible taste and amazing service. This place is more concerned about your satisfaction than any thing else. Small gestures sometimes mean the world especially during these tough times. Amazing food and amazing people. God bless
Very disappointed in my experience tonight. I called ahead and ordered. I arrived there 5 minutes before the time they said it would be ready. I proceeded to sit there and wait as others came and go ... 15 minutes had gone by past the time I was told my order would be ready. I approached the desk and asked the young lady what was going on with my order. I was given a very confused look... After a few minutes.. it turns out she had given it to another customer. I was asked to wait again now to have my order remade... I was pretty frustrated. But mistakes happen. I then proceeded to wait another 49 minutes as others came and go with their orders... All this time I was wondering what takes so long to make 3 cheeseburgers and a poutine. I asked again what was happening with my order and it was if I was forgotten about once again... Then they seemed to all scramble to finish my order and it was ready in another 10 minutes. So I ordered ahead.... Waited .. had my order given to another customer... Waited another 55 minutes then got my order. Not impressed. 1 hour and 36 minutes from the time I called to place my order until the time I received it. I have many great experiences with burger factory and their burgers are quite amazing but this was a big disappointment.
