10/10 best customer service I ever had. Our server Haley has such an attention for detail and went ABOVE and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Would recommend!!!!!

Great spot on Ottawa street in Windsor. They have delicious pizza's along with a great selection of appetizers and sandwiches. I was there on a Wednesday evening and they had live entertainment which was not too loud and gave the evening a nice vibe.
Was there this past Saturday evening for a few drinks after work with colleagues and was very disappointed with this establishment's covid regulations. They were not following the protocols in the slightest, no one was wearing masks (including the bartender), people were mingling and crowded around the bar, people were gathered in groups larger than 10. It was almost like it was a regular Saturday night and we were not in the middle of a pandemic. I work in the industry so I am aware of the protocols that should be in place, it was very disappointing to see. I gave Bourbon a 2 star rating only because our server was so pleasant and attentive.

As usual the bourbon great place for food and drinks. But before I came to the bourbon I was at their new bar up the street from them called bootleggers. We had I rehearsal dinner/party there. I would recommend this place to anyone service was great bartender was great and pricing was also great.
