Dalia was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. Her knowledge of their products was plentiful. When we had a small issue she was the one who initiated a very quick resolution. Would definitely work with Dalia again and would ask for her specifically!

The quality of the blinds are not the problem. We ordered six separate blinds. The first three to arrive fit perfect and looked great. The next two to arrive were the wrong length, which was their fault as they were not cut to the proper measurements. That's where the problem started. We are getting different information from the store and the ordering number, only one of the blinds that needed to be fixed has shown up the store says it's not done and the other one says it's at the store. Your customer service is awful. Haw does it take over two weeks to fix a blind that we received two days after ordering it. I'm sure they will say sorry for your issue and call us so we can resolve it but that is the problem no one there knows what is going on, you will get two completely different answers from different people on the same day. If they can manage to send you the correct blinds they're a great product , if not be expected to wait weeks for them to fix the problem they created with no one knowing when it will be fixed.
Extremely happy with our blinds. Easy to order online, fit perfectly, easy to install and half the cost of other websites we looked at. Order was recieved within only a few days of placing it. They look great!
So happy with our new blinds. They are perfect! The process was easy & the staff very helpful & informative. This is the 2nd.time we have purchased blinds from Blinds To Go & the service is still great! Our installer Matt did a great job. Thanks to all!
Staff was very helpful. Our bedroom blind was the right width at the top but it got wider as it went down. Totally manufacture mistake. Again staff was great. We brought both sets to showroom and it was taken care of.
