I am very pleased with Bill's Appliance & Repair. I had a perplexing problem with the hinges on my off-warranty GE oven door that Bill's diagnosed, ordered parts and installed the new hinges very efficiently. The final invoice was reasonable. Communication with the office was excellent. Set-up of appointments was easy and the technician showed up within the scheduled timeframe. Despite COVID, I felt safe because the technician wore a face mask and followed the appropriate protocols while in my home. I am so happy to have found a locally-owned, reliable, and honest appliance repair shop - I highly recommend this business and will definitely return with any future repair needs.

The woman on the phone was so nice and patient with me. She helped me find the model number on my stove with instructions over the phone. She found the part I needed and gave me a price, then found a used one for one third of the cost of new. Nicest person you could meet. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.
Bill's appliances found used part I was looking for, evaporator motor with fan for my old model refrigerator. It is used, but in working order and quiet. Old one was making too much noise. It is good for public when shops have spare parts even used. Thank you so much for helping me to find this part and the price was good too. Bob
I called Bill’s on Saturday and talkEd to what sounded like a down to earth man and he told me to contact the lady on Monday. So I called Monday and had a chat with the lady then she said I will call you tomorrow in the morning and let you know when we will pick it up. I waited Till 3pm and called and no one had heard of me so I left my Full information again: name, phone, address and they would call the lady and tell her to call me. She never called. I called again and it was the Same voice and I told her well you said you were going to call me back and she said” oh no not me it was my colleague “. I said well it sure sounded like you. Ya well they are really busy. Your name is Not on the board and we have no information about you. I’ll call you back in a few minutes. She called and said I’ll call you back again tomorrow. I Never Got a Call. This company played games for 3 days. Be Honest. So I bought a new air-conditioner at an honest place. I have illness those low life’s on the hottest, most humid days of the summer.
Purchased used appliances - fridge, stove, washer and dryer - VERY reasonably priced and clean - excellent condition and they were able to deliver the next day. All appliances tested as they were hooked up. Excellent service and great family business to deal with.
