I had a full set of dentures made for me a few years ago. Dr Lim is amazing. He took the time to really pay attention to every detail. As a result I have been so proud to smile, have had many compliments on my teeth and NO ONE has EVER guessed they were not natural. The staff is so amazing. I have since moved to the states and have had a nightmare over here having a new set made. 2 weeks after I have picked them up I still cant even wear them. I miss Dr Lim and the Bardgett smile center. Don't settle for ANYONE else they are the best.

I am seeing denturist Dr. Charles for any problems with my upper and lower dentures. He is a very nice honest person and a great professional despite his young age. He is just a smart doctor. Recently he recommended a denture cleaning powder which can only be purchased at his office. I was sceptical about buying it because the price is. 10 for 60 uses. However my dentures were very stained brown from tea an nothing would take the color this powder did the magic! After soaking my dentures overnight for 3days it is now brilliant white! Thank you Dr Charles

I have been a patient at the Bardgett Smile Centre for about 5 years. The service is excellent and very friendly. To me the staff is like family. They are always there for you. They have given me hope when I thought there was nothing else to be done. They gave me my life back. There is no waiting in that office, Tom, Charles, Paula and Monica are always there for you. I would highly recommend them they will never give up .

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The office is very clean and professional. The staff were very knowledgeable and always made me feel comfortable and took great care of me. My technician took her time and thoroughly cleaned my teeth to ensure, I got my money's worth. They are also very high tech. It makes the visit quick and efficient. The dentist Dr. Jazz is very nice, and he is very fun. Great for kids.

The place looks nice and attractive, although the way of their money making policy is very unfair. I think appropriate wording should be \dirty\. I was referred by one of my client (a dentist) to go for my wife's implant. I went there and talked with one of their dentist, who does practice in Windsor only couple days a week. Instead of making a plan for implant he suggested us to go for regular cleaning with a 11 discount from their regular rate (110). We had no other good option but to accept his deal. Although no advice for implant, rather he pushed us to come again for cleaning only. The frustrating thing is - later I noticed they start charging money based on so called time units. These units are their money making tool. Sometimes no dentist there at the cleaning time, the technicians do cleaning and start changing money based on their crated units. One time I went there for dental cleaning, the technician start talking a lot and spend more than an hour. When coming to pay the bill I saw a big bill instead of 110 for cleaning. I was lucky this time because the dentist graduated from the same US university that I graduated. So somehow he saved me from not paying extra charge, I guess it is my alumni discount. Worst thing happened when I came for my next appointment, the tech girl was too rude, she pressured me to do cleaning with an unknown amount of time and money. I asked what about the 110, your posted price for cleaning? She said it is for one unit 15 min. I asked are you making a joke? Later the front girl came in and said it will be 30 min. The tech girl did mistake. No dentist was there that day. I was really upset. I have at least two dentist client, practice in USA. They surprised knowing the story.
