They called about an "overdue account" that I had paid and had a receipt for. I said there's got to be a misunderstanding or mistake. Instead of believing me and asking me for a copy of the receipt, they pretty much said I was lying and didn't pay it. They reported it to Equifax and hurt my credit badly. After I read my receipt word for word to her to prove I paid it, the girl I was dealing with had her supervisor call (without me asking) who then said the exact same thing, I didn't pay it and I have to pay it etc. I decided to call the hospital where this "debt" originated and had the problem solved in less than 2 minutes. Turns out I was billed twice on accident so even though I paid, one was still outstanding. Instead of AIM trying to help figure it out with me they wanted me to just pay it again. Very unprofessional. Hospital said they would update AIM. Waiting for them to remove it from my credit report now.

This company is not recognized by the BBB, this caught me by surprise as many collection agency's are. Please chose a collection agency accredited by the Better Business Bureau!!!! After reading their mission statement. I realized exactly how much of a sham this company is, "Our mission is to maximize the revenue objectives of our Clients/Partners by offering professional accounts receivable and debt recovery management services." Maximize revenue objectives of their clients? AKA Collect absolutely nothing as they lack finesse, wits and the ability to negotiate or sway someone into an arrangement to collect any funds. Please note.. this company does NOT have ONE semi-positive review from either client or debtor. I wonder what their actual rate of success is for collecting? And to solidify my point it is the firm and not the profession... check out the google reviews from SUITE EXCEL COLLECTION... An alternate collection agency that actual has GOOD REVIEWS from both clients and debtors!!!!!! This is just a very poorly managed firm with an inaccurate mission statement and very poor tactics of collection to say the least

Absolutely disgusted with your "professional company". I just got advised from Saint Clair College that a payment I made 7 YEARS ago back in 2013 was never processed and accumulated over 600 in interest when I haven't been contacted at all and am expected to pay for this company's mistake. Not trust worthy at all and I will be reporting your company.

Their debit doesn't work. Is that on purpose to keep people paying interest? What is going on here? Their reps are also very irritated and probably because they hate their jobs. I don't blame them.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had no idea these people were trying to get ahold of me until recently and Nicole was so rude leaving messages. I had no idea that you were trying to call me. Harassing my father who is in the hospital and saying I'm not cooperating when I didn't get your damn calls. When I did I called you back and you didnt answer I'm sorry but this customer is absolutely terrible .

I had the displeasure of dealing with someone who seemed irritated that she even had to call me. I had an outstanding balance for a fee related to a place I did not know. At no point was I contacted about the outstanding balance. I had no resistance paying the fee and followed all of her steps agreeably. Still, I was met with attitude at every turn. Thank you for making a terrible experience even worse.
