Good storage facility, close to my house only 5 minutes away. Prices are competitive to other storage facilities. I have had my trailer stored here on and off for 3 years. The manager Lori is great, never had any issues with her, she keeps that place running and knows the customers when they come in the door. She patrols the lot daily to make sure everything is where it is supposed to be. She called me when I purposely left a window open on my trailer to air it out before a camping trip. That's good customer service.

I had such a great experience with access storage. I contacted them online and a gentleman called me the next day to arrange everything — he was super friendly and well-informed (covered all the bases, let me ask questions, etc.). I spoke to a woman named Lori, from the location of my unit, and she was again so helpful! She patiently walked me through all the steps of filling out my forms and answered any concerns. I’m out of town and had to arrange for some friends to move and store my belongings so she held the keys at the desk for them. There were no problems at all on move-in day. I was actually surprised by what exceptional customer service they have — I’ve had very few experiences like this. I’m so glad I chose them! Thank you Access Storage :)

I rented a unit with this company for just over 3 years , and cannot say enough good things about them !. All the staff members there are pleasant to talk to and deal with , and they take the time to answer any questions you may have , and they make sure you as a customer are satisfied . Highly recommend this business.
