After searching for a local plumber to address an issue we were having with a bathtub fixture, we contacted BC Plumbing – in part, as a result of the company’s online reviews. Our experience was top notch! Brent was responsive and able to troubleshoot the issue with me by phone (along with the use of photos) and attended our home the next day prepared to repair the fixture. Brent was personable and he patiently answered my questions and explained his findings as he completed the repairs. Excellent customer service is very important to us and one of the defining factors when it comes to deciding which company to do business with. Brent was quick to respond to my message about the lack of hot water coming out of every tap. Very personable and conscientious about the quality of his work. He was patient in trying to resolve the issue of there being silt in my water heater. He does not rush the job and ensures he has covered all possible causes of the problem. As well, he is not pushy in trying to sell new units but fixes the current issue while providing realistic advice about future concerns. An added bonus was having Brent go and check every single toilet, tap, and shower, to make sure they all worked before he left. Very pleased with his work!!
BC Plumbing did an amazing job installing our sink in our garage. My husband explained his vision with Brent and we are extremely happy with the outcome. The plumbers were punctual, polite, and professional. They exceeded our expectations with the installation and left my house and garden nice and tidy.
