Awesome to go to a government office for information and get the world's most unfriendly greeting and snarled at for poking a head in the door and asking a question. Its really nice with all the bad stuff going on in the world and the extra pain involved in obtaining a license to have such horrible service throughout the process. Thanks cant wait tonhave to come back

Today I went to the drive test center in winchester to ask a few questions. An elder women came to the door and before asking what I needed she was being rude because of where I was standing even tho I was still social distancing She then continues to point at signs at the door like I dont know how to read. She used incredibly disrespectful tones when I was simply just asking how to do my g1 test I never been to this drive test center before. As I was walking away from this rude situation she yells at me to not walk away and to let her explain. She then asks for what type of ID I had and explained the price of the service lie I couldn't afford it. I understand that people have bad days but this women needs to realize that other people have bad days to and she shouldn't be treating any customer like they are not worthy
The driving examiner was very gentle and polite. He smiled and said some good words to make me relaxed. He had given the instructions in an exquisite way. He was very much open to ask any question if I had not understand. My experience with the examiner was great. He is a great example of how a driving examiner should behave. After the exam, he explained the mistakes I had done and how to improve them. Much recommended place for a G2 road test in Ontario.
We just went this morning for my sons G1. It was a great experience. The lady who checked him through and took his photo was so kind to him. When he came out to the car afterwards he said she was patient with him and commented that the picture she took was nice - which was great because he had to go in alone. It's wonderful to have a positive memory on such a special milestone occasion for a teen boy.
The older woman who works here is absolutely rude to everyone. Rolling your eyes at clients isn't really the way to get people to be nice to you. You made a very nervous 16yrs old here for his G1 feel terrible. You probably should consider retirement. We went to the Walkley road drive test which was much better organized. Anyone who says they had a good experience and the people were nice must have gone on this old lady's day off.
