Customer service is awful, they shipped me a broken pan and refused to replace it with a new one. I had to return it and lose the sale price. Will not shop with them again ever.

What a wonderful experience. The ladies were very accommodating to my wants and questions. They have me on the list for when that special item comes in that I want.
I love William Sonoma and their products... Service can be hit and miss as to whether you feel welcome or not - but in general my experience is usually ok! Prices are a little extreme on some items

This is the worst brand and company I have ever dealt with. I purchased several items from them on November 22nd. They charged my credit card right away. I have not heard from the company since and despite my numerous emails to the customer service, no one is is responding. Stay away. For the prices they charge you, you are better off going anywhere else but this place. At least you may get the product you have purchased. This is borderline a scam.
Due to covid, this store was not as packed for the holidays as it normally is. Some items are pricey but that is expected. They have a great selection of kitchen wares, mixes and flavouring to make something to eat or drink. Check out their canned hot chololate flavours, they are very tasty. Thisnhear they have a new flavour. Bourbon caramel i think it is. Check it out.
Always good equipment here. Usually on the high end of the price range, but selection is good.
