STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are rude, unprofessional, and have bad attitudes. They don’t do their jobs and make the customer do it instead, and they purposefully leave jobs incomplete so as to milk more hours out of it on another day. They have zero accountability and behave as if they are doing YOU a favour! In all my years I’ve never seen any company as useless as these hacks. They are the carrier for Home Depot deliveries in the area, and as a result, I will NEVER buy an appliance from Home Depot again.

Wide range is a joke This delivery service hires drivers with no licenses or experience. The pictures below are of wide range drivers driving off the driveway onto our freshly graded property causing 12000 in damage to our property upon leaving they further damaged our property running over other parts of our lawn. After waiting 2 months for them to investigate they offered us 200 for the repairs. Do not use this company

The delivery company lost my appliances from home Depot and simply didn't show up for some deliveries. They have also cancelled 4 deliveries and keep promising to investigate where the appliances have gone. For almost a month now they have been telling Home Depot that they are investigating. Then they tell them they have them and schedule a delivery. Then they cancel claiming they're confused as to where they are. I highly recommend choosing another company.

Great company super friendly they went above and beyond our expectations hopefully when we need to replace our other appliances we can get the same company to do so

I worked for this company for just over a year and must say they were the best company I have worked for. They are mostly logistics with a handful of trucks to cater to there customers. They have steady work because they are a warehouse company but keep in mind a lot of light loads. The two dispatchers are pretty good if they are still there I left almost a year ago so things could be different now....pretty fair about loads and time off not like big city dispatchers at all.
