The lady who attends customer need to be little more tolerant and patient. People don’t wake up every morning saying let’s go to motor vehicle office for fun . We go there because we need something done . It’s our requirement not choice .It’s your job to help people whether you like it or not . Nothing hurts with little politeness :)

Staff are generally friendly at this location, although sometimes a staff occasionally come across as being grumpy/rude. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for service.
I phoned to enquire how to renew my driver’s license without getting the required medical due to Covid-19 restrictions. I was quickly moved through the menu options and connected to a customer service agent, who quickly answered my questions in a professional and friendly manner. Excellent service from this civil servant!
