Lovely museum, informative, I appreciated the indigenous information, and the info regarding the gold rush, and Robert Service home. Would definitely recommend a visit. We took about 2 hours to go through.
This museum is fantastic. They have everything Yukon related. Art and history from of the first Nations, Arctic animals, history from the English colonization. They even have some old fur coats that you can try on to see how they dressed.
Excellent history of Yukon, Alcan and goldrush.
Fun experience. Good place for kids. Dress up corner with costumes near the entrance. Informative place and worth a visit.
Excellent explanation of local stories. Allow an hour or so.
Absolutely incredible collection of Yukon memorabilia and animals. The staff is incredibly helpful and the exhibits are awesome. If you're in Whitehorse, it's well worth a couple of hours to explore.
This is a well thought out building and displays. Educational and fun
