I called Nov 09, 2020 and asked about the leaf blower. After discussions, I told the guy over the phone that I will buy the Stihl Leaf Blower 800X. He took my name and phone number and SPECIFICALLY TOLD HIM THAT I WILL COME BACK TOMORROW NOV 10 to pick it up. I asked what time they open and he replied that they open at 830 am which is perfect because I will drop my son in school and get it on my way home. The following day I came at 828 am. The guy in the front now told me he sold everything yesterday. This business don’t care about people. As soon as they see , they just don’t care about the words that come thru their mouth. I WILL NEVER BUY IN THIS PLACE AGAIN

I recently needed to have a boat motor serviced and found the staff to be helpful and accurate in their estimate. The motor was serviced on time and they helped me unload and load it. In addition they sold me a Stihl Brush cutter and fully reviewed its operations with me.

Don't call here if you are traveling and need help. They are "too busy". Appalled at the response I got. A quick job easily and professionally completed at another shop in town. Note correction to owner's reply: When I explicitly asked if there were any other shops in Whitehorse that could help, the Lister employee replied that "all shops would be backlogged." No assistance was offered in any way. The owner's response confirms my recommendation. "Don't call if you are traveling and need help". They are three weeks behind schedule and unable to assist if you need immediate assistance.
