For years we have had someone else do up our corporate taxes and during that time were audited numerous times and thousands of dollars in fines. We then found Dianne Mee who was able to straighten out our books and send us in the right direction. We now have become profitable and have been having all out personal and corporate taxes done by Dianne. Dianne has been more like a mentor when it comes to directing you through the many obstacles in business and personal taxation. I can certainly in all honesty giver her excellent recommendations.

I used this office for the first time for 2019 taxes. Dianne was nice at our initial meeting, but l left knowing more about her than she knew about me(my finances)...should have been a red flag. In the following months , l made ALL contact with the office and got little to no reply. Getting my paperwork and finished return sent to me was near impossible. And she wanted to charge me the 5 postage in advance to mail it out to me, yet l had paid my invoice months previously. Office seems very unorganized and unprofessional. Was wanting to support a local, independent firm, but definitely don't recommend.

I've been having my taxes done there for a few years now. The service even during COVID has been nothing but exceptional. The staff as well as Dianne are very friendly. I highly recommend using their services. I cannot stress enough how wonderful they are to do business with.

I cannot recommend them for personal taxes and would caution against engaging their services. After asking them if they could handle my situation (moving back to Canada from another country) for a single year's return, they prepared my personal return which included moving expenses and the int'l tax. I was audited and assessed a bill \u003e 25K. In response to the audit they did not respond to CRA's request for documentation on time, were uncommunicative with me (I initiated all contact, which only got me to the receptionist and my calls were never returned; they only sent one-line emails in response, these after several follow-up calls), and offered zero support to work through getting my assessment re-evaluated.
