Went in for a product they ended up not having. The sales guy told me I'd be fine with a different product they had in stock. After getting it home and reading the label, that wasn't the case at all. To top it off, I paid them 38 when the same Permatex is 24 at Canadian Tire. Not a great experience.

I have had a great experience with this company. I needed to get my snowmobile fixed and I had a very disappointing experience with a different shop. When I came to Reeds my experience was day and night different everything was great from the moment I walked in the door. Adam the lead mechanic went over and above any expectations that I had. Not only was he able to diagnose and repair my sled but he was also very helpful educating me about the different products that they sold in the shop. I ended up buying all my gear from these guys helmet gloves coat skii pants and boots not to mention a pile of other excessosries for my sled. They sell great products and the mechanics can actually fix equipment at this shop. Since that day I have had them repair a couple of my older quads as well. I will continue to do business with this company because of my great experience with Adam and I will recommend them to all my family and friend thanks again for all the great service

Very happy with the service received. I had trouble on the weekend with my bike. It was still rideable but they were closed, and I'm from out of town, so I left the bike down the street at another business and they went and picked it up without hesitation. They got the work done in a couple days it was back on the road and I was able to pick it up the next time I was through town. Thanks for the excellent service!!

0 or less than isn’t an option. I went there multiple times to order parts for bike rebuilds and my own bike. I never once had good service. They upcharge more than any other dealer I’ve been too. All my parts I have ever needed were not in stock so they were always ordered and every single time so far they have been late AND wrong. So I switched to Open Road Recreation who I later found out also owns Reed Leisure, and they may actually be even f**cling worse than this place. Order online or go somewhere else. Save time, money, and a headache. You’ll thank me later.

They did 1100 work on my bike and didn't put a part back on properly, it came off while i was riding. They told me i rode it too long for it to be their fault. It does not come off on its own but it would have come off sooner if it was loose so i have to pay for the part. They did nothing to try to help resolve the issue. I ordered the part through them, had to pay for it and they ordered the wrong part after i had told them what part i needed and explained that there was another one that i did not need and described it for them so it was very obvious. They still ordered the wrong part. Very very disappointed. Will not be coming back unless I have no other options.

I bought an old enticer snowmobile from here just before Christmas. The snowmobile was in excellent condition and which I paid top dollar for. My girlfriend put a few km on it off and on for about a week until out of the blue the motor seized while she was out for a little ride. I contacted the dealer to let them know what happened. The owner told me to bring the sled in for them to take a look at it and they would see what they can do. Within a day he called me back and explained what happened to the motor, the cause was a blocked oil line damaging the crank. He gave me a price on how much it would cost, which I agreed upon was fair. All parts I paid for were at cost price and they didn’t charge me the on the labour. They asked me to be patient as the parts would take a while to get in and they would work on it in between other jobs when there was free time. I just want to say that Trent and the staff treated me very well and took great care of this situation. I don’t know if there would be any other dealers out there that would have stepped up to the plate like they did to make things right on a 40yr old snowmobile. I highly recommend Reed Leisure Products to anyone. Thanks again and I look forward to dealing with you guys in the future.
