I'm a senior with arthritic knees. I'm also a recent widow who has decided to maintain the family farm, so I was in need of a golf car to help me continue the farm duties. I was at first excited about my golf car purchase, until the customer service I experienced after I already paid for it in full. On the sales order & invoice/contract, it clearly indicates a trailer hitch is included in my purchase, but when the golf car was delivered I did not receive one. I called Bennett and was asked to send a picture of the back of the golf car and then told, that because there wasn't a hitch on the golf car when delivered, it was not included and I would have to buy one. When I disagreed about having to pay more for a hitch that was clearly included in the sale that I already paid for in full, I was told it was an error and that the hitch would be an additional 120 but they would give me 50% discount on it. The only other option I was given was to return the golf car. My sales rep would not even give me a simple credit for their error, I even suggested 20 which would have satisfied me because of the age of the golf car. I would advise anyone purchasing or dealing with this company, please ensure you are getting all that you pay for. I have no prior experience with golf cars, and I feel taken advantage of, as I honoured my end of the sale by paying all the monies immediately, but they did not honor their side of the contract nor the error that was made on their end. My family further called on my behalf and tried to speak to the sales rep, who repeatedly hung up on them, and eventually did not answer. What kind of customer service is this??? I work there and it's a wonderful assortment and sizes of modern Golf Cars. This is also a dealership under new owners and management. Very soon the Golf Cars will be assembled, sold and rented out. Come and get your pick.

Terrible customer service. I got hung up on with the customer service rep 3 times after asking them to make right on a purchase with a contract and was not honored what was included and then offer a discount if I pay again...
