Just horrific customer service. I have been in a few times since covid began and all the usual staff who had been there for years have gone. An order that usually takes a few days to come in is still not complete 6 weeks later. The staff are woeful and take zero responsibility or apology. Use this place ONLY if you have no other option. Won't let me put zero stars but that is my vote.

Exceptional customer service. Way better than other medical supply companies within Durham region. I was thoroughly impressed with the informative and range of equipment and items. Jaklin was most helpful. Thankyou ever so much!!
Very rude service. Felt pressured and rushed to leave. Was looking for specific item that I mentioned immediately and was brought to where they are located. Had to compare SKUs from my phone with the shelf as the employees don't help with finding the product. After being asked 3 times an employee finally went in the back to get them, which they clearly had plenty of. All the prices were wrong from the actual cost (6) less than shelf price for my item. Doesn't honour website pricing. Be wary when shopping here. Don't listen to the responses in reviews as they clearly don't actually do anything about it. Rude, lazy, and clearly poorly managed. Avoid.
Was here recently and had an amazing experience. Alex was extremely caring and compassionate about my situation. She went above and beyond to help me, making the whole experience very positive! Very happy with the customer service I received. Thank you Alex!
