I went here twice and both times, even though the sales people could clearly see me through the window and made direct eye contact with me, and no one else was in the store, I had to call for them to let me in. After coming into the store and browsing I was asked what I was looking for, I wanted a white tile that wasn't flat white and wasn't marbled. The sales associate said this doesn't exist (it does you just don't have it, I found it easily at another store). After I insisted that it did exist the sales associate asked me if I wanted black tile, and started showing me black and dark grey options, like I would just decide I would want the complete opposite of what I walked in wanting because it was what they had in stock. I will never go back to this store and reccomend any of the small tile businesses in the area.

I would highly recommend The Tile House in Whitby for any of your tiling needs. They have a huge selection of tiles, great prices, personable friendly service and knowledgeable staff. I was in and out in just over an hour and I'm extremely pleased with my choices for the front hall/powder room porcelain flooring, backsplash in the kitchen, and the flooring and shower walls and floor of the two upstair's bathrooms. Thank you so much Nancy for all your help yesterday. You made what I thought was going to be a daunting and laborious task into a pleasureable appointment. Love, love, LOVE the herringbone polished marble and shell sheet I chose for the kitchen backsplash. It was exactly what I was looking for! I will send pics once the rebuild is complete.
Great tile selection and amazing customer service. They go above and beyond and Roweena was extremely helpful. This is definitely my go to tile shop.

Huge warehouse and massive selection of tiles with very competitive pricing if not better than most other shops. Knowledgeable staff to assist with tile selection. Can bring home samples before choosing tiles.
