The Sashimi is amazing. Fresh and bigger size pieces in comparison to other places. The beef short ribs were good but two pieces were mostly fatty tissue. Other than that the other pieces were full of flavour. Will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed the Sushi and the customer service. However the wings were not fresh, they tasted old and the meat was extremely dark in colour. Wouldn’t order the wings again.
I've been eating here since 2006 when I was a boy. This restaurant has always hit the spot for delicious sushi with a generous fish to rice ratio. Some days the service can be a little off. But all in all after 100s of visits I love sushi mountain. Absolutely delicious.
One of my all-time favorites in Whitby. Always great food. I can't wait until we can get back in for all you can eat lunches!
ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. NEVER HAVE I ENCOUNTERED SUCH RUDE SERVERS! Ray, our server (he claimed to be the owner) does not know how to provide or even deliver simple customer service. He used poor language even said \it's just common sense\ to charge for left over food. I basically inquired and argued regarding that and they should have informed us prior to us eating. The two servers that were there ended it by saying \pay the bill and don't come back.\ Trust me I won't ever come back to to this place. And by the way, we still gave them a tip cause I think they really need it.. maybe collect all the gratuity at the end of year to go for customer service seminars as I believe they lack training in that aspect. *follow up* I wish I could reply to some of the reviews here with bad ratings 'cause I share their sentiment. The food is good but the service is just horrendous. I hope this review will somewhat change their ways however bad habits are not changed overnight. THE FOOD IS NOT WORTH DEALING THEIR STAFF!!!
