During a lockdown when I can't go into the shop, I am looking for verbal help with choosing paint. I called 3 times over the weekend, and the same person answered. And when I ask for more descriptions of the products so to know exactly what to order, he just gives short slightly snarky remarks. And when I ask for elaboration, he just doesn't give any help. Like dude!!! Be verbally helpful over the phone.

This is a good sherwin williams. Deals all the time, fair prices and quality products. Great customer service regardless if you are contractor or not. Staff are helpful and quick to mix up paint and recommend any sale items. I’d rather come here rather than Home Depot for paint.

Great phone service for placing order. Order prepared in timely manner (20 minutes) and great curbside pickup with our order placed by staff directly into our car trunk. High quality products at great price. Staff had recommended we wait for sale to get the best value for our money. Saved 30%. Highly recommended!
