Hubby and I have booked many trips with Elisabeth, from just the two of us, up to groups up to 10 and she has always been very accommodating and informative. Our last vacation (group of 7) we had an issue with price drop assurance through Air Transat and Elizabeth took the time to make sure we did indeed get the difference back. Always top notch service.
