From the atmosphere to the professionalism right down to the cleanliness this one has exceeded my expectations! I felt relaxed and comfortable from the moment I had walked in. So I am PICKY when it comes to basically anything and my hair is no exception. In all my years getting my hair professionally done (15years), I have never had anyone as skilled, professional, talented AND consistent as Kristen! I've had great full highlights and cuts by previous hairdressers but their CONSISTENCY to do it again always failed which was so disappointing, and led to what felt like an endless cycle of constantly looking for my forever hairdresser. This ALL changed after the second time Kristen did my hair and why you ask? Because I knew at that point she could CONSISTENTLY bring the wow factor I wanted! She takes times to listen and understand what you're looking for (even if it's the exact same thing as before, lol) and delivers highly on what's being asked of her. She is so talented and committed to her craft and I highly recommend her every chance I get. I get excited to see her each time because I trust and know that I'll leave feeling and looking my best. Thank you Kristen so very much for all your excellent work - I am and will be forever grateful because I'm not going anywhere else ️️️
