This is my third time buying/leasing an Audi. Also my first time doing the whole process virtually over a few days. This was by far my best experience with a car dealership. It starts with an experienced Audi brand specialist : Steve Kisil. Steve took the time to answer all my questions without any undue pressure. When buying a car it is important that you do your homework for a flawless process. I am pretty sure Steve can adapt to any type of buyers but it was much appreciated that he got in the right spot when it was time to settle on price. At the end what matters is to close on a mutually beneficial transaction and learning something out of it. I live in Montreal but took delivery of the car at the dealership. I don't regret that for a second as I had time to meet an amazing team and elbow five Steve along the way. They made some arrangements for my way in that literally blew my expectations away. There is no doubt I am an Audi fanboy but I may also have turned fully loyal to Audi Durham. Oh and the car is amazing! Sincerely Alex.

Great experience! Steve was the best sales person I have worked with in years. After being treated horribly in Ottawa we drove all the way to Durham and we were not disappointed. Not only did they have the exact vehicle we were looking for at the right price they also made the entire process easy and I never once felt like I was being pressured.
