I wanted to purchase an addi Express King Knitting Machine (which was out of stock everywhere) as a Christmas gift, and happened to chance upon Artisanthropy. Their website showed they had stock but I sent an email just in case to confirm. The owner let me know that she had one left and asked if I needed it before Christmas. I said that I did. Despite the busy holiday shipping season, I received my order just a few days later. I was very impressed with the level of customer service that I received and the recipient was extremely happy with her gift.

Great customer service. Owner incredibly helpful in choosing yarns and providing colour advice and even went out of her way to send pictures of the colour combinations. I am out of town and was ordering online. Very happy with ease of ordering through the website too! Highly recommend.
I adore this shop. Between the absolutely gorgeous yarns and the friendly service, this shop has become one of my favourite Cobourg businesses. I often pop in just to admire the yarn and talk craft with the proprietor. It has become not only a space I turn to for craft supplies, but is a place that has helped make me comfortable in my new community. All businesses should aspire to this level of community. For newcomers it means a lot!
