Just had a remarkable getaway at the Big Sky Chalet! Let me start off with how fabulous the Chalet was. The second we pulled into the driveway, we knew we hit jackpot. Entering through the front doors, we were astonished by the high ceilings, fireplace, and paintings! All the bedrooms were spotless & equipped with a full bathroom. We were so sad to leave what felt like home so we will definitely be returning. Lastly, the hospitality & customer service provided by the staff at Whistler Platinum was impeccable. They were really just a text message away within seconds. I'd highly recommend investing into quality service & accommodation as our whole experience was beyond our expectation! Thank you Whistler Platinum!!

Second time staying with Whistler Platinum (Taluswood's the first time, Blackcomb Upper Village the second) and of course the place was five stars --- great location, condition and amenities. But the difference maker is their service. If you call in or communicate via text (which is also how they can keep you in the loop on things) they are simply the best and ensure your vacation is as care-free and enjoyable as possible. I don't even bother looking elsewhere, I just go straight to Whistler Platinum when I'm looking for my place to stay.

The pictures only tell part of the story! Sure, what u see is what you get.... a large open great rm with high end appliances. Large bedrooms with nice bathrooms.... all with comfy bathrobes. But what you don’t see is that the location is PERFECT! You couldn’t ask for an easier ski in/out. The best part of this visit though was dealing with Erin, Emily and Maddy from WP.... from sending me my rental options, to early check in, daily texts to see if they could do anything, to the simplest check out I’ve ever had with a rental property. Great trip. Perfect house. Effortless rental! 5*

I rented a Whistler Platinum house for a month. The house was well equipped and its condition and cleanliness were up to the standards of a high end hotel. I found service from the team top notch. They were very responsive by text message answering any questions I had and were very helpful in promptly rearranging furniture so that my home office could get a better wifi signal and view of the mountains. I would definitely use Whistler Platinum again and strongly recommend them.

We were lucky to get in a quick getaway before restrictions were imposed in BC. Everything from our booking online to our stay at this beautiful property with WP was amazing! Thanks for the professionalism, fast response times, and for giving us some flexible options should we needed to adjust our plans once the restrictions were on the verge. We’ll definitely want to book with you again, and would love to stay at this gorgeous home again.
