Always amazing, spectacular (and for some, harrowing), and such a convenient way to quickly navigate such a vast amount of terrain. This year (2021) under COVID you can request a car for your group alone, or share with one other group with a loose, plastic curtain separating the space in half. Mid-week in March we experienced no significant lines.
The gondolas are very large, but a little chilly due to having to leave the windows open due to COVID-19. The views are absolutely stunning and they usually have glass-bottomed gondola’s every half rotation through the fleet (there is a display for it on the Whistler station).
Going peak 2 peak it self a wonderful experience. View from the gondola is awesome. You can sight wildlife from the top.
Whistler Peak 2 Peak was a beautiful gondola lift that we took up to the mountain. The views were incredible especially seeing them in the winter time compared to when I was last here in the summer. Definitely recommend a day in Whistler to all!
