Terrible service. Never been treated so bad from a bank. No one knows much of anything and its always a different story they tell you about policies and procedures. They need to learn better manners and learn to stand behind their words and policies and they need to quit changing things to benefit themselves when they mess up. As a customer and an adult im mature enough and responsible to know when I'm wrong and I take ownership i don't play the blame game or make things up to correct my mistakes. Td bank is bad for that.

OMG! How can you walk by all the weeds growing around that building!! Is there no maintenance person? Just going in the front doors there are weeds bigger than small shrubs . I’ve been a customer for 45 years but makes me want to change banks!!
Awful service made me drive in for info that \couldnt\ be told over the phone only to be told I didnt have to drive in if I didnt call the branch but the general number. Useless
Will just up and cancel your card with no warning if you miss ONE credit card payment.
